CWTs (Content Writing Tokens) are credits that power Teagan's AI features. Different tasks use different amounts of CWTs - drafting a full article uses more than generating an image, for example.

Ask Teagan "How many CWTs do I have?" and she'll tell you your current balance.

If you run out of credits mid-task, Teagan will pause and let you know. Once you add more credits, just tell her to resume and she'll pick up where she left off.

Yes. Your content, ideas, and brand information are private to your account. Teagan doesn't share your content with other users or use it to train AI models.

Only users you invite to your account can access your content and chat with Teagan. You control who has access.

Your content is stored securely and exported to your connected Google Drive. You maintain ownership of everything Teagan creates for you.

First, check if you put Teagan on snooze. Say "wake up" to bring her back. If she's still not responding, try refreshing the page or check your Slack connection.
