By accessing or using Teagan ("the Service"), operated by Nat Eliason ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Teagan is an AI-powered content marketing assistant that helps users create, optimize, and manage content. The Service includes features such as content generation, SEO optimization, social media asset creation, and content strategy assistance.

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service as input. Content generated by the Service based on your inputs is owned by you. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
